I've been a strong supporter of AMS and its video products for some time, but on re-reading some of the allegations made by the former CEO relating to insider trading, it made me think back to an observation I made in May 2022 concerning an unexplained drop in the SP, over the week prior to the trading update on 6/5/22 (see post # 61257198 ). That was the trading update that reported unexpectedly - slow sales in the first 4 months of 2022 due to a change in marketing etc. and caused the SP to rapidly halve in value. But in the week prior, steady selling caused the SP to drop from 73c to 60c (~ -20%), in particular on 4/5/22. I think that prior drop should have been investigated, but as far as I know it never was. So I've sold out the last of my holding today, lost faith in the management of this company completely. Its a shame, because this aussie technology seems to be world beating. Good luck to remaining holders.
