19 YEARS WITH INTEL AND LEAVES FOR XPED

Lisa Zhang is a Managing Director at Intel Capital overseeing Intel
Capital’s equity investments in China. Lisa is a voting member of
Intel Capital's investment committee. Based in Beijing, Lisa
manages a team of investment professionals in Beijing, Shanghai
and Hong Kong. She is responsible for the RMB80M Intel Capital
China Angel Fund, the US$100M Intel Capital China Smart Device
Innovation Fund and the US$500M Intel Capital China Technology
Fund II.

Lisa has had a diverse 19-year career with Intel Corp including 11
years with Intel Capital. Most recently, Lisa served as chief of staff
to Intel Capital President, a position in which she facilitated the
technical, program and public aspects of his role with Intel Capital
and the World Economic Forum.
