Obstructive, litigious, bordering on vexatious (unfortunately court would need to determine that).

Unfortunately this is how 'they' (the anti's) work....'if they are going down' then they intend to cause as much strife,disruption and delay as possible, funded by their 'campaigns' or cash flow from plant sales, and I don't necessarily mean Xmas tree sales.

ATV should claim costs (good chance they may) and in fact counter sue for the 'opportunity cost' of having to deal with him. I doubt they will go for counterclaim of any type, as they don't want to give any ammo to the opposition that they can say 'look we told you so-international companies running rough shod over us poor Xmas tree growers/mutants'.
