A company can have its biggest asset within its board... look at Steve Jobs, there is no denying that without him Apple may not be what it is today. The composition of a board can be one of the most important things in driving a company like LiveTiles into the stratosphere. I certainly check out the board prior to investing in any company.
Tech startups have to burn cash in their early life so that they can gain the customer base that rely on their systems, then they can collect the ongoing subscription revenue, but this takes a lot of time and money.
i personally would prefer LVT to build the right team and customer base in the short term that will pay me bigger returns in the long run
