I can't believe how may Upvotes that BS got!
Assuming Twiggy flew in his new Bombardier Global 7500 long range jet(he also has a Gulfstream that is smaller). It uses 0.62 tonnes per hour cruise speed(source Wikipedia).
Pure flight time Perth to Glasgow is about 20 hours, thats 12.4 tonnes, add another 2 tonnes for two take offs per trip and double it all to include the return trip = 28.80.
CO2 (not pure Carbon) emissions are calculated at 3.16kg per kg of aviation fuel.
So we have here 91.01 tonnes of CO2 for the round trip, not 600 tonnes.
Twiggy would not have been travelling entirely alone.
Twiggy would have been speaking with other delegates and may have other business to do in the UK as well.
You can't run a business and achieve what Twiggy has done with so many partners world wide, simply with Zoom meetings.
An AGM has absolutely nothing to do with this.
