Logically I also could not work out how can pushing the debt repayment further can be an expense saving exercise. This would be akin to 'honeymoon period' loans with no interest and then when it expires they whack you with interest on top of interest on deferred interest?
Doesn't this debt re-finance kinda confirm that FMG management now 'expects' lower IOP for longer?
