Don't worry about dictionary.com for now. Google "what is insolvency" or check out investipedia you'll find it has nothing to do with 2c or 1c share prices. Companies with very low share prices can still be solvent if they can pay their debts when they fall due.

Yeah, I see why you might associate a dictionary website with another need you have to improve literacy but for the moment you've more urgent deficits to rectify.
