My money is on EG not being informed on issues and forecast cost over runs, which makes her look bad to the board.
Hence culture being prominent in her comments. They are obviously forecasting to blow the contingency, or it wouldn't even be being discussed. I don't think the blow out is going to be that bad, if it was, it would have to be released as a price sensitive announcement.
I'm looking forward to the Thursday report!
