With all these big names joining the company, I think it lessens the risks of FFI being a failure. Would I (in their shoes), stake my name and reputation on the risk that FFI fails to achieve lofty targets of what they have stated. They will definitely produce green hydrogen one way or another and will reduce vast amounts of ongoing costs from FMG. AF expects greatness out of each person employed and is willing to pay for it so long as you deliver your potential.
