The Ann is a Revised Securities Trading Policy, is essential for corporate governance to minimise risk by building credibility, transparency and accountability. common when in process of working on something significant. My take on the other Ann tends to make me believe Baosteel is at the table again, discussing expansion of their magnetite joint venture Baosteel & Formosa. I'm pretty sure Baosteel has less percentage holding than Formosa so they may want to increase it via FMG? Just my thoughts!
