Next time you're not sure about something, easiest way is to check what the Company has released in announcements (wouldn't want to be taking anyone's word for anything on HC or Twitter and should check for yourself).
In this case, AGC released a presso two weeks ago which shows MAG is holding their AGC shares, and MAG Directors are still running AGC (along with the new cornerstone investor/Director, plus the MD).
