Finally, what we've been waiting and praying for.

- JV with FMG, one of the biggest miners in the world $80B MC)

- FMG have pegged all the ground around MAG's, now JV'd, Myall ground, over the last few years

- $14M to spend on Myall (minimum $3M spend in first two years)

- $3.7M to spend on other projects

- FMG becoming 19.9% holder

- MAG to remain the operator for the first half of JV


Adam will be creaming his pants with $3.7m to spend on exploring North Wellington (next to ALK's Boda) and Parkes (next to ALK's Tomingkey mining area), and on top of that $1.5M this year and $1.5M next year spending at Myall (paid for by FMG).
