Only problem is that now they are diluted and it gives them a holder with close to 20% which most likely blocks any other interest in them.
The 6 year work program seems way too long for me.
I prefer a deal like OBM or DYM have just done.
Cash for the work already done and a work program paid for by the farminee. That is instead of the big dilution.
I have sold the remainder of my stock in MAG.
