    I agree. You can not pick the deal but this is a great outcome.
    I think shareholders should be pleased to rid myall from their portfolio. It was a money sink. They can now move on to other projects and still have a piece of the pie.
    Also, better the shares be with FMG that shareholders who will just sell out.
