Anyone who has been around this company for longer than 5 seconds will know that these shares have been in escrow and were due to come out now. It was always just a matter of time - and certainly not subject to any performance hurdles. Every 2A has had them in there.
So the current value of the company as you term it would / should have been based on there being 200 million shares in the company, and not 100 million as you are suggesting. it is why i consider it a $1.6B company, and not a $800M company.
And do you seriously think a major entity like Discover would go and invest $30M USD in a company at $8.83 a share right now, when by your hypothesis they could have waited a month and invested at only $6 per share?
