Well, I know hindsight has 20/20 as they say. But I have to say that todays announcement hasn't come as a surprise.

No real no product take up in 2yrs, no transactional revenue even from existing companies, no reference sites, huge burn & they have raised what I see as survival funds off the back of buying 2 small tech companies. They were hardly prolific, proven solutions & It felt as if they were being backed in & funded into a tech shell just to keep it alive. You have to question if the old tech is even complimentary to the acquisitions if it couldn't even demonstrate value on its own. Now the CEO & original braintrust of the original tech is gone. Sounds more like the old tech is dead than complimentary. 

With the amount of stock that same out after the release of securities, it was obvious that little faith was held in the stock & direction. I wonder if they knew teh writing was on the wall ?
