Thats the alternative i am trying to communicate. The N structure, could be the Alameda itself....

jacksparrow - This is what i mean in pictures. Imagine the fault indicated by the pink arrow not being present. That could be the case if the thrust repetition is not there. So the possibility would then be that the accumulation of the N structure would continue all the way down to the prognosed depth of the Alameda itself, and the oil column would then approach 1000m (green arrow). If this was the case, you would say the N is the Alameda. Either way, the company will have its boots (and baths ) full of oil. Its a good possibility to have, it will take a few holes to prove.
