Hi Alexei,
This may be a possibility but my conclusion is that as per the recent announcement they encountered a lithology change and called the bottom of the N structure. I interpret that as the drill bit is sitting in the seal formation as prognosed for the Alameda 1 target. As far the well design and partners allowing the drill to go deeper I hope that is a sign of confidence that any encountered hyrocarbons may extend deeper than originally thought.
