Further to the above comment.
In oil and gas discoveries, you don't conduct Flow Tests unless you have found Net Pay (through wireline logging) that is both porous and permeable enough to "warrant" the next level of tests.
That statement IMHO, is as close as you are going to get, to an admission (subject to a successful Flow Test), that we have found a commercial discovery within the N structure.
