Isn't WKT the opposite version of FGR? The equity wants the lowest price FGR share over 5 day vwap?
The other question is why did FGR think they needed so much cash on hand? It is actually a negative to have too much as it gets used against the company an T.O. situation. (The offerer assumes their firepower includes the cash held by the target because it is their money when new owner)
Last Co. I worked at was often a target. The only way they could keep hold of the show was by increasing the sp. The bleeding obvious, but it is the only tool known to work - increase the premium.
What I dislike about FGR is that every announcement reads as if it is high value.- no nuances. Gives impression of blandness. Same same again.
