Shorter's will not give up just cause the CEO purchased 3% of the company.
Shorter's will probably see it as an opportunity to press more as they know the CEO cant buy anymore as he has hit his 3% creep limit
Having said that ill still hold as it is a good look to the CEO buying more and not just a small amount.
