Today's Ann.:

1. IMO the company has heard the SH by releasing an Ann. Even if they released the Ann. due to the SP declining I see it as a good thing as they are being proactive.

2. At this point in time the company is reassuring SH that they are on track.

'The Company remains on-track to materially ramp-up in revenues in H2 2019 following the anticipated first launch of approximately 20 Pearls satellites in 2019.'

This tells me that at lease now Virgin Orbit is also running to schedule.

3. A few people have mentioned this already I believe - regarding the absence of a 'lock down' date or 'release date for the escrow shares.
The one thing we know is that it will not be at the end of the month. When it will actually occur is anyone's guess at the moment.

4. This will not necessarily repair the SP but it should reaffirm the current SH that their investment is still working towards the target.

Interested to see some more updates from the company in the very near future
