Agree Danny, if Greywolf came in, that would be the sort of scenario.....but I cannot see them bothering, sgi small, and too many likely lawsuits..
For sure CYL will win a majority of votes, ie, over 50%.......question is, what if they don't win the 70% that bind them to the deal ?
CYL well understand, I'm sure, that if Greywolf, or Auromat, or similar, get hold of SGI assets, they won't get cash from CYL, they'll get shares, same as sgi, and they won't take less, for sure
So, given the fact that no deal will be for less than sgi deal, and that the various legal procedures would take many months to work through....my guess is that CYL would accept a 50%+ 'yes' vote as a victory, and take over.
More real is that CYL get 67%, for example, instead of 70%;
Most real is that CYL will win 80%+ 'yes' vote,
and we'll finally get this show on the road.
