I think Q/H retained losses in excess of 150 million may very well count against them - big time.

If Q/H haven't been stockpiling when the U price was in the toilet and have incurred these losses, how can they justify stockpiling at a time when they would make a profit and recoup some of their losses?? They'd have to show that all of their long term contracts how now expired and they have no buyers for anything going forward. I think the Kiwi (bird) flying would be more likely.

It makes it pretty obvious to the average punter exactly what their game is and as such the courts should take an extremely dim view.

Starting to wish I had some spare cash to buy a few more shares at this level.
