I still think our sale of 4M will most likely go to ITOCHU, or perhaps the Chinese.

But I've brought up RIO in the past as a potential buyer as well. I don't know enough about RIO (eg. their U supply contracts or mines they have), but they could also be looking at another source of U supply with Ranger not going ahead with expansions. Not sure if it is likely but RIO would have cash for it as well. Either way, ERA's problems is good news for 4M.
