here is one take on the spot market:

depending on the outcome of the legals it maybe a good idea for ags to hold onto our four mile interest for a few more years.
even if ags only pay an initial modest dividend i would still be a very happy ags shareholder if ags could manage our four mile stake without any more ags shareholder dilution.
wouldn't we all like to see the ags share price on a steady upward trend and receive ongoing dividends. i think this is possible.
i don't think it's prudent for ags to rush a divestment of four mile if things go a certain way.
