In AGS circumstance I'd say it would be advantageous to announce it to the World that Sales had taken place.
For legal purposes or other!
The money cant disappear now as it(Sale of Product) has been noted by H/Q's Lawyers in a Court of Australian Law.
It comes to AGS unless there is money owed by AGS to H/Q? But I'm no Lawyer.
