H/Q wont be generous at any time until then and then its probably, stall as long as they can if the decision goes against them!.

H/Q will be as confident of winning this Court decision as a few posters on here are about AGS's chances. imo

When a (win?)decision is handed down and the sale is still the no1 priority and AGS have some-one "ready to go" to buy ACE , then I doubt AGS will sell their remaining product but include that in the Sale process, one way or the other. imo

The Market wont value AGS until certainty arrives, firstly the Court decision(Win or lose) then what eventuates from there. ie Sale or continuation in Four Mile.imo

The Market cant value AGS at present in regard to the stored uranium and if the Court Decision goes against AGS, theres no guarantee when H/Q will sell and deliver AGS its due return.
The shareprice in the above scenario will be nowhere near 9.5c. imo

AGS atm, is a speculative buy hanging on a Court decision.

That's what the Market sees. imo

Its a long way (back) to the top from four years ago when AGS got confirmation of the decision to go into production!.
