If Q/H are playing games with AGS one might assume (imo) or prhaps hypothesis e that thr same may b occurring with SA govt and the native title agreement.
Also one would wonder , but only wonder whether some payment may have been received for his mysterious stockpile of U which seems to have gone missing
This is all in my imagination and not of course in ny way factual
