    "Quasar and ACE disagree about the size of the Mine Development Area (MDA). Quasar asserts it is the total area of ML6402. ACE asserts it is restricted to the footprint of the Four Mile East and Four Mile West mineral resource estimates at the time of Quasar’s Decision to Mine in late 2008'
