I think finally IG wins either way - if he doesn't sell and wins the court case the U will be sold at some stage and produce dividends. H/Q will have to divulge a lot of private information that they don't want to be made public.

Or H/Q make a reasonable offer and the JV partners part ways - I have always thought this to be $240M, however now the inferred is 140M Lbs, I reckon IG will be pushing for $300-$400M.
