The comment in the report that "No operating costs available at this point in time" may well give us further insight into just what AGS is dealing with here.
Has Quasar Resources unilaterally decided that seeing that AGS is no longer contributing funds, they will no longer provide an update on costs?
If February's update has no cost estimates, I think we can probably conclude yes.
With a regards to the court case, just a reminder that most commercial disputes do not appear to go to trial (if the IMF's (an ASX listed litigation funder) presentation regarding their cases is typical of the industry)
If Quasar's reps are telling them that they are likely to lose, maybe Quasar's commonsense will exceed their vindictiveness.
I don't believe AGS will blink on this one.
Worst case scenario is appeals. Best case scenario is that we are close to the end.
