moseley/others: moseley, how can you IMAGINE that something that is in an OFFICIAL ASX release mentioned "can be reversed"?!? IF they would try that, I am quite sure that the other side would start another legal case.... JIMHO, of course.
BUT selling 15% at a very HIGH price to whoever and seeing to it that also the "mushroom shareholders" will get something out of this remain hopefully a good possibility. Just do NOT want to see any "windfall" disappear into a South American (ad)venture like CHILE !!!
