imo if quasar didn't stockpile then i don't think an ags shareholder would now have a gripe with ags management regarding any previous ags action taken against quasar.
with regard to the stockpiling there are many considerations. i will grant quasar that consideration. but the four mile situation has strengthened economically somewhat over the last 12 months to a point where it could be argued that stockpiling should have not been occurring.
interesting to see that the quasar website is only now being redeveloped. from my perspective this is a big public relations fail with respect to a disgruntled ags shareholder. i categories the quasar website redevelopment timing as inflammatory.
