    I think we had lost the battle well before that FO.

    AGS proposed the sale of B4M in June 2014 - before shareholders were advised of the confidential setllement to end litigation. The die was cast.

    No offers to buy, other than Q's, were ever made known to shareholders.

    It wasn't until November that company announcements reported there had been no sales of our share of the uranium ore.

    It's all academic now, though. We'll have a "new" company soon, with everyone (managers included) hopefully wiser after the event.
