and lets not forget that quasar/heathgate could possibly be in talks with customers for the product. quasar is not about to tell everyone how much it costs to get it out the ground. tell em it cost a $100 per pound to get it out of the ground quasar.
a lot going on. very exciting for quasar and heathgate. alliance should get a reward via the sale of its 25% interest.
