What todays latest news has done is shown that whoever signed the initial J/V Agreement was less than competent and signed away a once in a lifetime opportunity in accepting only 25% with 75% and Management Rights to the BBros.
Obviously even with 25% AGS can not or will not work with the BBros now .
AGS cannot pick up the pieces from this and recover to what might have been.imo
But lets hope some value comes our way for the 25%.
Like I posted earlier the BBros smacked the backside of who ever signed off on the J/V Agreement. imo
And now we are all paying for it.!
