Appreciate your reply Moseley and I am not going to annoy you any further although I hope Tamra1 will reply with his opinion of the strength of AGS's Claim if he can or any thoughts!

Like probably all on here I have had enough of I. Gandel and his seemingly inept handling of the Joint Venture Agreement and the starting of the M&D C Matter.imo

Regardless of the outcome re the Sale I will be going to the next AGM and look forward to talking with I. Gandel. imo

I. Gandel has to offer some details for instigating the M&D C Matter Legal Action and why its all ended this way, which atm appears to be a pending Sale of B4M following the withdrawal by AGS of the Court Procedings 30th June 2014! imo


I wonder if he's entertained the idea of Gandel Metals listing (making an offer for ACE) and offering AGS's shareholders cash and scrip in Gandel Metals? Don't know why he hasn't! yet.imo

Setting up separate listed Companies serves as a power trip for himself imo.
