I suspect this is not going to be a very popular view but at least this line from the announcement should be of some comfort: "The Alliance Board’s initial view was that, in the context of the underlying asset value of the Company, the settlement did not have a material impact on the financial position of the Company."

The bold is my emphasis. We've got a great asset. So great, that the eye-watering legal costs did not have a material impact. But do we trust them to manage it?
