Yes shameful really and hard to believe they have spent millions on Lawyers to achieve what I ask ?
From the last handful of announcements it's almost like they deliberately come out with announcements to hinder any increase to shareholder value. ASIC really should be looking at what is going on here and I always thought a Public listed company needs to disclose everything to it's shareholders instead they get away with this confidentiality claim that applies only when it suits them !!
