Hmm - that puts a more glaring light on costs and everything that has flowed on from the 2010 decision to litigate.
Just using rough figures: We have >$4.5m in legal costs to pay; say $2m to our lawyers (?); circa $4m paid over 4 years in remuneration to directors and management; the loss of Maldon ($20-35m ?? in Dec 2010) and dilution of AGS's 22m ORS shares during the RI at 5 cents; contributions to mine development .. and so on
And how much held in cash !!! Last count 14m
My heat sinks - please tell me I'm wrong, and that in the scheme of things we'll get so much for the sale of our 25% that all the above will indeed be immaterial, that we will buy back our Gold assets, and that all shareholders will be celebrating ...
