You can forget fretting over the ITOCHU stitch up IMO.
It was reliant on AGS obtaining 100% of the lease which hasn't happened...
If ITOCHU still has an interest in 4 Mile then there's not alot of point in buying 40% of 25% when the whole 25% is now for sale don't you think...
