Hi MD - I understand - as Henstar posted - that the Deferred Share Rights expiry date is 6 months and that conversion would be 40 business days after Nura's notification. The issue price would be as per my previous quote.

"The conversion of the Deferred Share Rights to Shares will occur 40 business days after NURA provides the Company with a notice of conversion. The notice may only be provided to the Company during the 6 months after the Four Mile Uranium Project Litigation is "finally determined".
