As this little doozy of an announcement is so depressing I am going to go with CC on this and
hope beyond all hope that management are aware a massive offer is coming and therefore the 4.6 million will "not have a material impact on the financial position of the Company".

Please let this be the case but the reality is this board is so incompetent it's unlikely. If some sort of good news does not come soon a board spill really seems the only option to saving what's left of AGS.
