The now resolved NTMA dispute was about Alliance not wanting integration because of liable issues.

Now we have integration with the PEPR. No issue for Alliance on this front.

Something has changed since the resolution of the NTMA or because of this new NTMA.

I think Heathgate has put in some sort of expression of interest for Four Mile and Alliance has been receptive and the legal issues now are nothing but determining how much we own before they buy that proportion off us.

I hope it's 100%.

All speculation but I bet I am on the mark. lol
