Interesting J1.....your views sort of fit in with my modest posts over the last few months. The Blue Bros need B4M to maintain the integrity of their forward supply/demand contracts.
The court case is extremely risky for them and as I have been suggesting there may have been some behind the scenes, out of court negotiations. ...but just speculating as usual.
