the whole crux of the situation jason is that q/h are a ptivate company ..very private..and regard themselves as the owners of 4m with ags as no more than a silent partner whose sole roll is to pay their calls and get a check when they decide....they would be all over the legals....how it fits in with ags being a public company...who farging knows...insane situation
