What I think we've got going for us is that the AGM is only a week & a half away. It is fortuitous that this event has happened now at the only time of the year where shareholders get to speak to management face to face.

I think one of the reasons for the silence from management is because they don't know the answer. As an example, consider all the wild speculation around first sales. They couldn't release an announcement because (it appears) it never happened.

The AGM is a chance to get some answers even if the answer is: "They don't know". Even, that is better than silence.

The pressing questions that I see are. On what basis is the new action being taken? What is the timeline? Where are we in the sale process? How is management going to fund cash calls & the legal action?

I might have the opportunity to ask them myself.
