Good post Headbanger although I perish the ammount of red tape and dreadlocked bogans we'd have to cut through to get enrichment rolling in S.A. Then again the gov't spent about 2 billion (Tongue in cheek) on a foot bridge across the river Torrens (creek) to get to Adelaide oval! Good luck to all holders.
