Well it is a bit of a big deal. We have $6 million left, Q/H will ask for $26 million and AGS is still pouring money down the drain in Chile.

A CR is a big deal as well. The greater the dilution the less money per share we will make and the less each share will be worth. The last thing I want right now is a dilution at these prices. Not to mention a CR is usually undertaken at a discount!

If Q/H would just do the ethical thing here all of this can be avoided. I'm kind of happy though that AGS is going after the sales rights (something they should have pushed for during the NTMA when they had Q/H by the short and curlys). Seems they did but backed down for some reason?

Don't think any of us want AGS to have a billion shares on issue. And as for a good chance to buy more, well you are just putting more of your hard earned money in to keep the percentage ownership you have now. Not good at all.

Forget about Chile for now!
